My main fields of expertise are in robust and efficient statistical and machine learning methods for feature selection, clustering and classification, modeling and inference of high dimensional multi-omic data. Part of my current research focuses on system biology, specifically using neural networks to learn interaction structures in reaction-diffusion equations for modeling spatiotemporal oscillations in polar cell growth.
